Anna has been a certified white belt Nia instructor since 2007, when she began teaching Nia, and it is a gift to be able to share Nia with others. She finds Nia to be a way to be in the moment and in the body. She loves leading others in their own process of finding release and relaxation, combined with increased energy and playfulness, as a result of practicing Nia. She finds joy in helping students learn how to move their body to minimize unnecessary pain, as well as how to listen to it when discomfort arises.
